All visa applicants are requested to fill up the [e-Form(Visa)] at the [Korea Visa Portal] website from 4 May 2025. After filling up & print the application form with bar code, the applicant should visit to the Consular section of Embassy with other documents required.

What is 'e-form' (visa application)?

• An applicant can fill out an electronic visa application form online and submit it to the Visa Portal before he/she visits a Korean diplomatic mission in his/her country of residence.

• In order to complete the application process, you must print the e-form (with a bar code) that you filled out on the Visa Portal (with other required documents) and visit the Korean embassy in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

※ Applicants must visit in person to submit visa application.

General Requirement

1. Visa Application Form (Attached) <- Please use the attached visa application form.

  ※ Please fill out the form faithfully so that the contents of each form are not omitted.

2. Passport Sized 1 Color Photo of Applicant (Taken Within Last 6 Months)

3. Passport with Minimum Validity of 6 Months.

4. Photocopy of Valid Passport

5. Cover or Forwarding Letter of Applicant

For Business(C-3-4) Application

1. Invitation letter from inviting company (seal and signed by the company president)

2. Guarantee letter/Affidavit of support from inviting company(seal and signed by the company president)

3. Business Registration Certificate from inviting company (within last 1 year)

4. Trade license(Initial and current); 

  Applicant’s Income Tax Certificate Tax-challan (ট্যাক্স-চালান) copy and Tax Return Acknowledegement Receipt of

  Bangladeshi company

5. Employment Certificate issued from invitee company (for Employee), Office ID Card Copy

6. Personal bank statement with solvency certificate and Company’s Bank statement ( issued within the Last 6 months)

7. Visiting(business) Card

8. Valid Air-ticket Booking Slip 

9. Accommodation Reservation slip

10. Tour itinerary (Detail tour plan in Korea)

▶ Fee (Fees are non-refundable for cases in which visa processing results are not permitted, cancellation of the applicant, or issuance of a single-entry visa after applying for a multiple-entry visa.)

- Less than 90 days(Single) : $40

- Double : $70

- Multiple : $90
